Recently, it has been learned what J6 prisoners are being taught while they are serving their time in federal penitentiary, and it is shocking.

According to a recent report, J6 prisoners can take classes that reeducate them on how evil former President Donald Trump is.

One of the classes was called “Trump’s Crimes Before The Attack On Our Democracy.”

Sure seems like the gulags are here.

Meanwhile, Biden’s DOJ is making some changes due to the SCOTUS ruling. The court has dropped nearly half of the obstruction charges pending against January 6 defendants. This comes in response to the Court’s decision in Fischer v. United States, which effectively narrowed the interpretation of a federal statute commonly used by prosecutors in cases tied to the Capitol riot.

The law in question, 18 U.S.C. § 1512, carries severe penalties — up to 20 years in prison — for anyone who “corruptly obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding.” For months, this statute had been the DOJ’s key weapon in prosecuting numerous individuals involved in the January 6 incident. However, the Supreme Court’s June ruling forced the DOJ to reassess its application of the law, concluding that its initial interpretation was too broad.

According to DOJ data released on September 6, around 60 out of 126 defendants facing pending obstruction charges have since seen those charges dropped. While the DOJ continues to pursue obstruction charges against 13 individuals, it remains undecided on how to proceed with the remaining cases. For the 133 defendants whose cases had already been decided by the time the Supreme Court handed down its ruling, the DOJ has stated that it does not oppose the dismissal or vacating of the obstruction charge in approximately 40 cases. However, the status of the rest is still being evaluated.

The topic of the J6 riot also came up during the debate when on the eve of 9/11 Harris claimed the incident at the Capitol was the worst attack on democracy since the Civil War.
