We previously reported that one big problem is that DA Willis broke the rules in the appointment of a Special Prosecutor to benefit Wade. The filing claims that Willis did not correctly represent how she would use Fulton County funds to eliminate the backlog of legal cases pending from the pandemic.
The other big problem is that DA Willis was benefiting from the funds given to the Special Prosecutor who has received “almost $1,000,000 in legal fees” from the county. According to allegations, some of those funds paid for extravagant vacations for the two.
Well, it just got more interesting.
Willis’s alleged lover, Nathan Wade’s soon-to-be ex-wife, isn’t messing around.
NBC News got a hold of a court filing from attorneys representing Nathan Wade’s estranged wife, Joynclyn Wade. That filing showed credit card statements from Nathan Wade purchasing plane tickets for himself and Willis to San Francisco and Miami.
That has now started one of several investigations.
Well, there’s been even another new court filing from Trump’s attorneys alleging that Fani Willis violated Georgia ethics rules when she gave her little speech addressing the allegations at a church.
“The motion filed today on behalf of President Trump seeks to hold District Attorney Willis legally accountable both for her misconduct alleged in a motion filed by Mr. Roman as well as her extrajudicial public statements falsely and intentionally injecting race into this case. In doing so, DA Willis violated her Special Responsibilities of a Prosecutor under the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct. Her attempt to foment racial animus and prejudice against the defendants in order to divert and deflect attention away from her alleged improprieties calls out for the sanctions of dismissal and disqualification,” Trump attorney Steve Sadow said.
According to the motion, Willis “repeatedly and inappropriately injected race into the case and stoked racial animus” during a widely-publicized speech at the historic Bethel AME Church, including asking God why the defendants were questioning why she hired a Black man and why a Black female Democrat’s judgment isn’t as good as a white male Republican.

There’s also another interesting development.
The DA’s office has admitted that they received 2 letters from Biden White House House counsel.
The judge wants to see the letters.
Just listen to what took place; the judge is not happy, and the DA’s office is nervous.
