Former President Trump criminal trial is underway in New York City and the judge overseeing the case just announced they may be several witness called.
According to reports, over 40 people could testify, including former First Lady Melania Trump.

The New York judge overseeing the case said Monday, including former attorneys Michael Cohen and Rudy Giuliani, as well as former White House staff such as strategist Steve Bannon and aide Hope Hicks, and former adult film star Stormy Daniels, the woman at the center of the case.

Those potential witnesses also included members of Trump’s family, including his adult children Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump and Eric Trump, as well as his wife Melania Trump and Jared Kushner, Ivanka Trump’s husband.
Judge Merchan, who is overseeing the case has warned former President Trump that he could face jail time if he disrupts or refuses to attend his trial without a stated reason.
