This is hilarious!

In a recent twist that has left social media buzzing, Donald Trump has ignited the ire of Taylor Swift’s loyal fanbase, the “Swifties,” by unveiling a new range of campaign merchandise strikingly similar to Swift’s own “Eras” tour branding. The controversy began when TeamTrump, the official account for Trump’s 2024 campaign, posted an ad on X (formerly Twitter) promoting a “Trump Era” T-shirt. The shirt features colorful images of Trump during various points of his presidency, alongside a black-and-white image of the former president with his signature “Make America Great Again” cap. The layout, colors, and even the font bear an uncanny resemblance to Swift’s iconic *Eras* tour merchandise, sparking outrage among her fans.

TeamTrump’s post also cheekily targeted Swift’s fanbase, urging “all Swifties for Trump” to purchase the shirt, with donations starting at $45 and climbing up to $1,000. According to their website, over 181,000 people have already made donations and snagged the merchandise. However, Swift’s fiercely loyal followers quickly took to social media, slamming the move. Some have even called for Swift to pursue legal action, citing the shirt’s resemblance to her designs and the use of her name in promotional posts.

The backlash from Swift’s fans has been swift and sharp, with many questioning whether the design constitutes parody or potential trademark infringement. One particularly fiery comment from a Swiftie read: “I hope you get sued within an inch of your existence!” while another wrote, “You probably thought you were in the clear because the shirt falls under parody, but using her name was a big mistake.”

AWFLs (Affluent White Female Liberals) are so touchy, lol!

This incident comes on the heels of an anti-Trump TikToker turn one of Trump’s debate quotes about Springfield, Ohio into song. His intention was for it to mock Trump but instead it turned into a silly dance and went viral.

The music videos are going viral, too.
