Co-founder of the Daily Wire, Jeremy Boreing, recently posted information regarding the company’s partnership with commentator Candace Owens.
Ownes had been with the Daily Wire for three years but often butted heads with co-founder Ben Shapiro over positions regarding Israel.
Recently, Owens and Shapiro clashed over the United States’ involvement with Israel following the October 7th, 2023 attack. Owens rejected the possibility of the United States military getting involved in the conflict. The conservative commentator also expressed her criticism of how she felt the IDF was carrying out the operation.
That had Shapiro fuming calling Owens “disgraceful” for her “faux sophistication” on the conflict.
That set off a firestorm; however, after a couple of weeks, things died down.
However, on March 19, 2024, Owen wrote, “A lot of people are asking why I am speaking out so much as of late. Truly, because I’ve had enough. I’ve been routinely threatened, smeared, and libeled for years, and what you saw yesterday is typical. The people doing the smearing want you to apologize to them. It is deranged logic.”
“And it has to end. Today on the show I am going to unpack the history of the threats I have faced privately and publicly since I entered the political arena,” she added. “It’s time to say the quiet part out loud. You guys can let me know if you think I’ve deserved this horrific treatment.”

Part of the video responded to her controversial interview with fervent Israel advocate Rabbi Barclay.
Then on March 22, 2024 Jermey Boreing announced that the Daily Wire and Candace Owens have decided to part ways.
